Earning your LCSW is one of the most rewarding — and demanding — journeys you'll take as a social worker. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor in Florida, I'm here to walk alongside you during that process. My goal is to offer supervision that feels less like an evaluation and more like a genuine partnership in your growth.

Who I Supervise

I provide clinical supervision for Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns (RCSWIs) — social workers who are working toward their Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in Florida. I work with interns serving youth, adults, and families across a range of areas including anxiety, depression, stress, school-related challenges, and family dynamics.

What Supervision Looks Like

My supervision style is reflective and collaborative. We'll explore your cases thoughtfully, strengthen your clinical instincts, and build the confidence you need to show up fully for your clients. I bring experience in school-based services and virtual therapy for adults, and I love helping interns find their own voice as clinicians.

I offer:

  • Individual Supervision — one-on-one sessions tailored to your caseload and development

  • Group Supervision — small groups of no more than 6 interns, offering peer learning and shared reflection

Supervision Format & Fees

  • Format: Virtual (Florida-wide) or In-Person (Jacksonville area)

  • Individual Supervision: $75 per session

  • Group Supervision: $50 per intern, per session
